Marriage Retreat Started This Snowy Night

Twentyfour couples arrived in our home for "Our Marriages and the Marriages of Our Sons and Daughters." It started snowing about 8:00.

My father and mother, Bill and Mary Brown shared maxims from 62 years of marriage.

I started the evening explaining where we were going for the rest of the weekend and identifed a number of dark clouds over us for the future marriages of our sons and daughters and the pressures that are upon us.

Dan Horn spoke on "The Purpose of Marriage" as the first message answering the question, "What you need to teach your children about marriage."
