Dear Friends,

Today marks the end of the first quarter of the year, and the beginning of the second. I want to share with you our first quarter investor report, so that you may know where the National Center for Family Integrated Churches stands as we enter April, 2009.

First Quarter NCFIC Investor Report


On Jan 1, 2009, the Board of Directors of Vision Forum Ministries decided to make the NCFIC an independent organization in order to allow it to provide a more distinctive and focused message, to minister to the churches and families who have identified with the movement, and to allow it to grow and develop as a distinct ministry from Vision Forum. This report identifies the activities of the NCFIC since January 1st.

Mission

The mission of the NCFIC is to proclaim the sufficiency of scripture applied to church and family life.

Objective

Our objective is to equip men to faithfully lead the church in the 21st century according to the patterns scripture.

Message

Our message is a call for biblical harmony between church and family.

David Brown and Peter Bradrick began full time with the NCFIC in January.

Number of affiliated Churches

We currently have 682 churches listed on the NCFIC web site.

Internship

Five interns joined us on Feb 1. Our desire is to mentor young men who will rise up to lead the church – men who understand the doctrine of the sufficiency of scripture for church and family life and who know how to communicate the harmonious and symbiotic relationship God has designed for the local church and the family. We are working with five young men who are helping us to communicate this message. Our first group of interns will depart at the end of June, and the second group will arrive August 1.
